Professional Reset

• Starting a new chapter at Capgemini. Goal: Learn enterprise-scale AI problems.
• Maintaining JimakuAI as a side-project. The commercial version failed, but the tech works and deserves to live.

Learning & Building

• Exploring o1-nization of open-source LLMs - but so far test-time-compute research are underwhelming.
• Experimenting how LLMs deal with IMO level maths problems. Mostly negative results so far. Best open-source: QwQ-32B
• Reading "Antifragile" by Nassim Taleb - me growing in poverty and no permanent home has given me some antifragility stats. Now, I wanna level up further.

Games & TV

• Playing "Marvel Rivals" - a copy of Overwatch but with Marvel lore. Well-made. Currently ranked Diamond in competitive mode.
• Watching "Suits" - since I am a professional consultant now.
• Rewatching "Arcane" - because I love their art, music and everything. Didn't play the game, won't.
