Professional Reset

• Starting a new chapter at Capgemini. Goal: Learn enterprise-scale AI problems.
• Maintaining JimakuAI as a side-project. The commercial version failed, but the tech works and deserves to live.

Learning & Building

• Documenting what I learn with daily events regarding enterprise AI sales transactions.
• Exploring o1-nization of open-source LLMs - but so far test-time-compute research are underwhelming.
• Experimenting how LLMs deal with IMO level maths problems. Mostly negative results so far. Best open-source: QwQ-32B
• Reading "Antifragile" by Nassim Taleb - me growing in poverty and no permanent home has given me some antifragility stats. Now, I wanna level up further.

Activities

• Playing "Marvel Rivals" - a copy of Overwatch but with Marvel lore. Well-made. Currently ranked Grandmaster in competitive mode.
• Watching "Suits" - since I am a professional consultant now.
• Went to 3 snowboard resorts this month: Sapporo Teine, Rusutsu and Kandatsu.

Looking to connect with builders who care about real impact, not just the next funding round.
